Sway Bars
Sway bars, stabiliser, anti-roll bars' they are all the same thing. As the name
suggests their objective is to reduce sway, or bodyroll, and stabilise a vehicle
under lateral (cornering) forces. Formula 1 cars still use sway bars along side
the shocks and springs as it is the ONLY suspension component principally
designed to control body roll.
Manufactured in Australia using the finest grade Australian spring steel, they
are powder coated and supplied with high performance polyurethane mounting
bushes in a DIY kit form, ready to simply bolt on.
The fitting of bigger swaybars is still the best dollar for dollar handling
improvement you can make.
Too many to list. Please contact CAPA for Sway Bars to suit your
application.

Heavy Duty Sway Bar Links
- Suit most Subaru including WRX
The standard sway bar links on Subaru Impreza, Liberty, Legacy and WRX are very
compliant. The rubber bushes easily distort, while the actual plastic link
flexes under load.
This may be quite acceptable for everyday use, however it does severely affect
the effectiveness of the swaybars. Even worse if you use high performance
options like our Blade Adjustables. In fact, the original rear links
distort enough to reduce the rear bar rate by up to 80kg of force.
Supplied with a complete DIY kit with fitting instructions. Ideal low cost
performance improvement.

so easy to remove your centre strut brace bar. Designed specifically to suit
Whiteline strut braces, the kit is supplied with 2x Quick Release with
instructions to convert your existing through bolts. The QR clamps make it a
breeze to remove oil caps, brake reservoir caps etc for servicing but the main
advantage is to be found in the rear of hatch backs and wagons.

Premium Height and Rate
adjustable coil-over shock absorbers.
The new standard for tuned performance suspension. The heart of a good
suspension package is the shock or damper. The best springs and swaybars
in the world will not perform with poor dampers, however a set of quality shocks
can mask a lot of other suspension problems.
For this reason we take shocks very seriously. So much so that we've
comissioned one of Australia's leading motorsport shock manufacturers to make us
a special range using our rates and specifications.
The premium range is the result of our search for the best possible road shock
absorber solution. With a broad range of coil-over kits combining ride
height and shock rate adjustment, we can deliver the best possible handling
result. This includes Commodore, WRX, Nissan 14/15 and most
performance 4's being expanded constantly.
Using a 40mm diameter high pressure mono-tube gas shock, the premium range can
handle very high spring rates, greater than most 'off the shelf' alternatives.
They use a combination 30 step external bump/rebound adjustment for tuning
between race and road. Each kit comes with an adjusting tool, instructions
and individual dyno testsheet. |

Adjustable Control Arms
Introducing a new range of adjustable rear control arms for Subaru Impreza, WRX
and Sti. The broadest range on the market with models to suit sedan and
wagon reflecting the different rear tracks. Avoids excessive rear swaybar
link pre-load and failure found with other brands while using stronger than OE
link mounts. This is another cause of excessive flex and premature failure
with some other brands. Whiteline kits are specifically engineered for
serious use and larger swaybars.
Use KTA107 as an economical solution to lack of rear toe adjustment particularly
on GD-GH (MY01 on) series. This kit is supplied as 2x adjustable front
arms and matching rear arm poly bushes. KTA108 and KTA109 feature 4
complete adjustable arms with performance low compliance bushes.

Subaru heavy duty alloy
swaybar link conversion kits
These kits utilise a high strength alloy link filled with ultra low compliance
polyurethane bushes. Critical hardware is replaced with high tensile
components to match the higher loads.
The result is much more precise and direct roll control with up to 25% more
effective bar rate available at lower wheel deflection points. This does
not always mean an outright increase in your bar rate but rather a quickening of
its effect allowing more bar rate earlier.
Link shape and bush mounts are designed to allow maximum sway bar articulation
to ensure full suspension travel while acting more directly under vertical load.
Unlike other brands, standard or stock length maintains correct swaybar
operation for both lowered AND standard height vehicles.
KLC26 and KLC30 performance low compliance sway bar link kits are designed to
replace the high compliance original original equipment versions on most Impreza,
Liberty (Legacy) and WRX.
Order KLC30 to replace front kits and KLC26 to replace rear. Complete car
kit available, KLC31 includes front and rear.

Heavy Duty Sway bar
mounts
These heavy duty rear sway bar mounting bracket kits are designed to replace the
original equipment mounts with a stronger more rigid version. Extra heavy duty
rear sway bar mounts improve sway bar response and should be used for large
diameter or adjustable sway bars. Critical when using higher settings as factory
mounts will twist and flex and can fail prematurely.
The KRB-20(size) series is designed for use on Subaru Impreza and WRX models and
covers a range of sway bar sizes. Available in 19,20,22 and 24 mm size.
KRB-30(size) series is designed for Forester and includes an extra alloy spacer
block.
Available in 18, 20 and 22 mm version.
Refer application catalogue for more detailed fitment information.
Newly improved design featuring:
fitment arrow (points to front)
improved exhaust clearance
metallic silver powder coat finish
Order the new mounts on their own to upgrade your old kit. Part number KBR20B
supplied with new mounts and mounting hardware.

Chassis Braces
Chassis Braces make springs and shocks work properly, and there's no such thing
as too much chassis stiffness. Think about it, the average tin top race
car with an elaborate roll cage not just to protect the driver, but also to
stiffen the chassis. With every major chassis and suspension pickup point
linked with each other, you're talking further performance improvements from
updated springs, shocks and swaybars.
The improved handling is not restricted to the track, you feel the difference in
your road car. Depending on conditions, you can expect improved turn-in,
sharper steering response and greater feedback. The good news is that you
don't have to install a full Group A roll cage in your car to to enjoy the
benefits of a stiffer chassis. The most common brace being the strut tower
brace with lower control arm braces, extra heavy-duty swaybar mounts and and
rear subframe lock kits also available. And polished alloy strut braces
look a lot better than any roll cage. Australian designed and manufactured
we cover most makes and models. Call us for more details.

Anti-lift Kits
Now 30% lighter, yet stronger using extruded tempered alloy in durable anodized finish. Features redesigned off-set poly bush. For your Subaru
Impreza, Liberty, Legacy & WRX. The new KCA319A front anti-lift kit delivers
all these benefits in an improved package.
The Anti-lift Kit (ALK) is designed to add 0.5 deg static positive castor to
both front wheels while introducing a substantial amount of front
anti-lift. By changing the front control arm geometry, the new anodized alloy mounts coupled with the new low compliance polyurethane bushes oppose
front lift under acceleration. This leads to superior traction, reducing
understeer allowing more power, faster acceleration and cornering.
The additional static caster coupled with the new firmer bushes, deliver more
dynamic caster dramatically sharpening initial turn-in response, forcing more
consistent alignment angles through the cornering allowing higher exit speeds.
Though particularly suited to WRX, RS & Turbo variants, the benefits are
noticeable in all the catalogued models. The kit is supplied with new mounts
fitted & bushes, mounting hardware and detailed instructions. Workshop
fitting takes an hour.

Control Springs
Control springs lower your vehicle between 15-40mm depending on
application. Some factory sports options provide a lower centre of gravity
and hence our control springs may only lower by an additional 15mm. For a
greater cosmetic look our Flatout springs will provide between 25-50mm
lowering. Control Springs, being 15-35% heavier, will also reduce squat
during acceleration, reduce body roll in turns and reduce nosedive under
braking. Stability, safety, performance are linked without question.
Engineered and manufactured to precise specification and road and track tested
to extremes Control Springs will not only provide a pleasing, flatter, squarer
look on the road, they will work better. Take Control of your vehicles
handling.
Flatout Springs
Control Springs will suit most customers but for those looking for that
dramatic, cosmetic, low line look check out our Flatout springs. They are
a lowered spring range designed more for the race track to offer superior
driving control through a lower centre of gravity and a stiffer spring
rate. Generally body roll and bounce are reduced and a slightly firmer and
more responsive ride is experienced. Flatout springs do not lower each
vehicle by the same amount but provide the ideal ride height for each
application. Actual ride height varies between 35-50mm lower than the
standard vehicle when it left the factory. The unique design of Flatout
springs also means they are 15-35% firmer than original to suit specific vehicle
applications.
Too many to list. Please contact CAPA for springs to suit your
application.

Spiral Coil Wrap
Most new cars use coil spring insulators to reduce NVH resulting from coil
bind or contact between 'dead' or closed coils. Many aftermarket
springs require a progressive design using 'dead' coils to meet captive
height design requirements. These can become noisy under certain
loads.
Available in 2 sizes to suit 10mm through to 18mm diameter wire. In
most cases you'll simply need to wrap the transitional coil to eliminate the
noise. The spiral design lets you insulate the springs WHILE the coils
are in the vehicle saving time and money. Each pack contains 1.5
metres of heavy duty plastic spiral wrap which is enough to do 2 springs.
